Really good metal / hard rock pedal here from Pigtone; plenty of gain and compression but doesn’t stray into Rat / fuzz territory, keeping the distortion sound clear through the 3-band EQ. Because of this, it’s displaced my Insane Distortion pedal from my main board; it not only manages that Rust In Peace Megadeth sound but allows for additional bass for more modern metal tones. The boost is the only thing that’s not great but it’s passable if kept below about 11 o’clock; above that it’s too break-uppy for my taste. It’s also a pretty big pedal, sitting quite high on my board. Very securely packed for shipping, great price and quick delivery, I recommend the product and seller.
